LazyListen Privacy

Effective October 16, 2026. Contact support@lazylisten.com with privacy, access or deletion requests.

LazyListen processes account identifiers and display names, submitted URLs or text, job status, source material, generated transcripts and audio, and operational usage records to connect accounts, create episodes, provide playback and troubleshoot failures. We do not sell personal data.

Connecting Zapier authorizes it to create private episode jobs and read your own jobs and ready episodes. Zapier receives your account ID and display name, job IDs and status, and ready episode metadata and authenticated playback links. Your Zap configuration determines what you send to Zapier and other connected services. These services have their own policies.

Integration-created episodes are private. Account authentication, scoped tokens and ownership checks restrict access. Access tokens last one hour; refresh tokens rotate and expire after 30 days. LazyListen stores token hashes rather than raw OAuth tokens. Disconnecting a Zapier connection stops its use in Zapier; contact support to request server-side revocation.

Submitted sources may be fetched from their publishers. Depending on server configuration, OpenAI, xAI and ElevenLabs process source text, generation prompts or audio for generation and quality checks. SMTP providers process account email delivery. Hosting and infrastructure providers store service data. Zapier processes integration data. The exact enabled providers depend on deployment configuration.

Account data, submitted sources, jobs, transcripts and operational records persist in the service database until removed through supported account controls or support-assisted deletion. No automatic job or operational-record purge is implemented. Episode removal soft-deletes its database record and removes managed generated audio; retained records and infrastructure backups may require separate deletion. Contact support for the scope and timing of a deletion request. Do not submit material you are not authorized to share with these processors.
